I installed a set of TC's delrin bushings the last go round, and they are silent. Also no lube what-so-ever on the uniball's will quiet them up. I used to use dry lube on mine and the squeeked like that vid, but the last set I haven't lubed at all and they have also lasted twice as long. Go figure.

So clean. I love that look. Did you see that thread over on DR? There's a guy over there who sells that bumper/valance material.

Haha, yeah nevermind. Just saw your post in that thread, lol. I'd say go for it! Been debating it myself for when the time comes and the front kit is finished. Just wonder how that thing is attached and how it holds up.

Oh yeah, I see them. I think the real reason I like them is because you still have a skid below, but the actual bumper sits pretty close to flush with the front the truck and doesn't jut out.

yeah, i def want my next bumper to sit closer to the truck than my previous one... i'm also thinking something like this and instead of seperate lights running a light bar in the skid

I know you've already seen this, but figured why not, haha. Looks good and I like the idea.

EDIT: I was just wondering, has anyone been pulled over for not having their LED light bar not covered? Do they even make covers for them?

By the looks of it, there's a mini mounting bar within the bumper.

No problem, Krish. Thanks, can't wait for it to be done, haha. Btw, here's the build thread for that truck: SDHQ does some very nice work.

When infamous metal works did the front end at their shop Joey got me an account with the firestone in campbell so I hope they wont reject me. Yeah Ive gone to the wheelworks on winfield and the skipps on blossom hill a few times and I think i like skipps better. Ill probably go back if I cant squeeze one out of firestone.

Ill tinker around tomorrow after marking with paint pen to see if I can get it better.

That SDHQ bumper/light bar set up looks good, but I think it will be a total pain in the ass to keep the lenses on the light bar clean.

The black delrin ones. They are a pita to install though, not like the red urethane bushings that just pop right in. I ended up putting them in the freezer overnight to get them to contract enough to get them in.
