What do you do for someone complaining of pain under heart/around heart, very hot torso, and collarbone pain, with a fast heart rate?

Sounds like a possible AAA. Drive fast. Get IVs. Drop a shit load of fluid in them.

They need a cold blade and hot lights

Slam then with morphine , then 5minutes later slam them with Narcan and if their heart rate drops then you stab them with Epi via IM inj

Doesn't to me. Pain around the heart? Abdominal Aortic Aneurysm? If it doesn't feel like it's tearing I doubt it's a Triple A. And that pain sounds like it's too high up.

Did we rule out Angina too soon? Remember Angina carries similiar signs and symptoms but is triggered by exercise which could contribute to your elevated heart rate

Never mind. I read the question wrong. Collar bones are not scapula's which I was thinking. Pericarditis sounds possible, but the hot belly gets me.

EKG, 12-Lead, call into OLMC and ask about nitro/ASA.

I am thinking OLMC is online medical consult. If so you have to call to give nitro and Asa?!? Are you an Emt-2 or something?!?!

Yes, OLMC is Online Medical Consult. No, my patch says Paramedic on it.

And I would call in to ask what to do since they are having chest pain and a "hot belly". Those two things should not be happening together.

Car seat for my baby girl! (lol)
Possibly cholecystitis? Gallstone obstruction could cause abd pain (don't know about the hot part), bad indigestion feeling which could feel like chest pain, referred pain in the collarbone/shoulder area by way of the phrenic nerve, and be tachy from a pain response......course always have to rule out the rhinos first!
