Thanks guys for the welcome. Wow quite a few made the switch from the Titan. Glad I'm not the only one.

Thanks, I'm from West Palm. I got my truck from Al Hendrickson down in Coconut Creek. Didn't see any 12's when I was at Delray, saw one 11 and a few used ones.

I came from a Titan as well, you'll like the switch and not having to put a new radiator in every 30-40k miles. Plus the rear diffs are far more reliable, like others have said you'll love the aftermarket.

Yeah they were short on 2012's, they found the one I wanted down in Miami and got it sent up from Kendall Toyota. I'm in Boca Raton btw. I bought my first Tacoma down at Hendrickson, back in 06. Welcome to TW.

WOW!!! I'm loving this forum, thanks for the friendly welcome guys

Yea Hendrickson had quite a few 12's, wasn't too fond of the silver but got a sweet deal I couldn't pass up for it. Do you know any good wheel shops around the area? Trying to find a good deal on a set of 18's with 285/65 once my lift is installed.

Welcome  I switched from a Hemi Ram myself. I loved my Ram but yes the mpg's sucked. The "Hemi" badge made me feel like a target for all the red light racers. I feel much more at ease driving now but do get the tailgating from the full size guys as if to say get a real truck. Screw em! Anyway I'm happy, and it feels much better knowing how much more value my truck has and feel much better about the reliability. The Ram never gave me any major trouble but I was always afraid of the tranny going out.

I don't know about the wheels, I'd try 4 Wheel Parts in WPB. But once you get the lift put on take it to Weber Wheel for an alignment. The best.

How's that 30 on the front windshield? lol Congrats though I thought about a Titan when shopping for my truck but figured I didn't need the V8 welcome from SC.

The 30% isn't bad at all. It's hardly noticeable inside the truck, out of all my cars this is the lightest I've had on my windshields. Thanks for the welcome.

Most definitely, I'm going to be starting my build thread soon.

Congrats on the new Tacoma. I just picked up a 2012 silver dcsb 4x4 and got rid of my 2004 Titan money pit. Too many problems with the Titan to list. I should have never left Toyota to begin with.
