    Take a pan - non-stick or otherwise - sprinkle in some grated cheese - not too much - med heat until it gets all bubbly - maybe 5 minutes - then flip it using a spatula - then try your damndest to turn it out over a bowl w/o it becoming a wadded up mess! A little patience and it'll work - but expect a little fail! (at least you can eat the fail) It'll droop over the bowl like hot plastic, and it firms up as it cools, in no time. If you don't cook it enough, it will be chewy.

    Getting older sure does suck cause I remember I could eat anything and nothing would phase me but with age, I started feeling heart burn for the first time and even gained a couple pounds around the waist. I dont eat very unhealthy but I can sure tell my metabolism has slowed down some.:(

    ^^ Nice bike. It is sad to say that my bike is considered old. I really love my bike and I cant part with it. I do want a new Ducati but I don't want to drop almost #30,000.00 on the bike.

    Speaking of dropping and Ducati....Last Sunday, I helped a downed rider...he Low Sided his '06 999 in a curve. Hit some loose stuff on near thre edge of the roadway and lost it. Rashed the hell outta his left knee and shredded his jeans. He had race boots, jacket, helmet and gloves on though. His bike didn't fair too well either.

    ^Yikes..... that would always be a worry of mine. I have seen many bikes including Ducati's wrecked beyond recognition, including some riders. We have a good mountain for twisties inmy area but if you dont know the roads the mountain will get the best of you.....

    I am at about 165 hp on my '02, everyone I have met is impressed including the Ducati dealership in my area.....

    Yeah I need better riding weather year roudn to justify buying a Ducati. My '02 has only 6k miles on it.....
