I was there tonight and had the Firecracker Chicken, and man it just sucked! The one thing I really do like there is the Sesame Jack Chicken Appetizer... Yumm!!

    Do you like it there?

Where have you been the last 10 years? Every single one of those chain restaurants is terrible.

Don't get me wrong, I still eat at every one of them. But I walk away everytime yearning for something greater than the mediocrety that I paid for.

    P.S. - Guy Fieri...what a tool.

TGI Friday's doesn't impresse me either. It's OK.....
There's sooo many places around here that are similar - and Fridays is last on the list of choices.

It's alright. Nothing special. Their mashed potatoes are AMAZING though.

When i was in High School I worked there and enjoyed the food at first. But since then it all started getting old. Plus theyve changed their menu a couple times. I tell what is good though, the Grateful Dead at the Bar. If you've never had one, you gotta try it.

I used to work at one here in PHX from 89-91 back in college. They had FREAKING AWESOME food & service back then. They were all corporate. They started franchising in 91-92. That was there downfall.

Depending on what you get, I think they are better-than-average, but not like they were...

You used to be able to get a fairly descent steak at TGI's, but for about the last 5 or 6 years they have gone downhill. I have not been in about a year. The one I used to go to (Warwick, RI) always had hot waitresses dressed in tight black pants and white shirts. Is this the way they all are?

i havent been to a fridays in a couple years. usually ill just get a burger though. Chillies, fridays, and the like seem to be ok one day and not the next. I prefer the RAM (small chain of microbrewery) and the outback has pretty decent food for a chain.

Probably because there is an entire brick of butter and fistful of salt added to every serving.
I used to work in 3 restaurants. I know how they make things taste good. Fat. Salt or sugar.

Some stuff. Not a lot, just some.
Agree 100%. Their quality over the years has severly declined. When ever I go out of town for work, I always choose to eat at non-chain style restaurants.

Yep, anything that is a chain is going to be hit or miss, usually miss. I prefer to do deal with people that own their business, be it a restaurant, sporting goods store or grocer. You usually get a superior product, and always get better service. I hate TGI Fridays, Chillies, Applebee's, etc.. I do like Outback once in awhile, but still prefer a particular mom and pop local joint.
