Mounted a fire extinguisher on the bedrail. We will see if it holds up since the mount is plastic.

I was suprised. I figured I would turn on the radio and hear static. I don't listen to the radio anyways but it's nice to know i have reception in case i need the radio for something. I got the antenna from EBAY. My brother ordered two of them but only used one so he is selling his.

Had a Ravelco security system installed. I've been using this for the last six years on every car I've purchased and plan to keep for a while. If you've never heard of Ravelco google it for more details.

Installed a Pop & Lock PL5300 and adjusted the tail gategap on my 09. This finishes my BakFlip HD install. Now I can safely carry myTie Down straps without any concern. Not a bad install; only took about 40minutes after I when to Home Depot to buy a Torx 30 bit for the screw gun.

i figured out why my dome light, radio, tacometer, and alarm wasnt working. it was because the dome light fuse was blown. once i put a new fuse in everything started working again.
im supprised all that stuff stopped working when the dome light fuse blew.
does it make cense to any one else?

and i put a fuse with a 10 on it in place of the blow fuse that had a 15 on it. should i go buy a fuse with a 15 on it or will it be fine with a 10.
what do the numbers even mean?

You just put a "weaker" fuse in. It will blow at 10amps of draw.

Depending on what made the 15 blow, this will make it easier to blow.

don't exceed 15 though... the fuse is the weakest link in the chain, so it blows there, stopping the current, rather than burning up wiring or something else and causing a fire.

Dropped my Grill surround off to get color matched today. Should be done tomorrow and then as soon as my mesh gets in, I can put my Satoshi together. Of course this was after I had to remove an entire can of both duplicolor and clear coat... Never again will I try that crap. But I guess in Duplicolor's defense the auto body shop said there are 18 different shades of MGM.

I've got a couple of these at home. I used to have one on the front of my jetta. I wouldn't put one on my truck though. Japanese truck with European plate doesn't make much sense.

True, but it makes the plate stand out and since I have personalized (vanity) plates anyways, I'd think it would draw more attention. At least it doesn't say MY TACO or something lacking creativity.
