Ok So all of the counties around Auburn (including Auburn) had about 8 different Tornado Watches.

And I texted some of my friends and half of them said that tornadoes either touched down a few miles or right next to them:eek:

But the good news is that no one is hurt or anything.

Was anyone else involved in this drama for this storm?

One of my friends said there was a small one on South College.

I woke up when the first siren went off.

My rain gage shows we've gotten 2.5 inches of rain since yesterday and a few rumbles of thunder, but that's all. No tornados.

Glad all your friends are ok.

We have a creek running through our neighborhood and it has water about 35 ft up from the bank.

    It looks like the rapids

We haven't gotten nearly the amount of rain we usually get here. Its been warm and sunny most all of February, quite unusual for a "rainforest". Snowpack in the mountains is also way way down.
