Finally had some time to install all of these parts that have been collecting dust in my garage:

    NFab light bar
    Grillcraft Grill
Relocated the horns by the battery
PIAA 520 SMR Lights behind grill (110 watt bulbs)
PIAA 510(converted to HID) on light bar

I had to weld up some spacers to mount the 510s under the bar because of the reinforcement bracket on either end.

Got the same tires last year, love them. Rotate every 5K miles and I just turned over 30K on them and they told me at the tire store they are not even half worn yet. I run 30 front, 28 rear as I did the chalk test and that is what is required to keep the tire flat on the road. Nice truck!

Did the Air rite air bags today. What a pain in the ass. When I did these on my 2006 2wd they where very, very easy to do. On the 2012 4wd it is a lot more involved and you need midget hands for the bolts.

A few suggestions for anyone doing this. First, use a saw zaw with a very course wood blade for cutting the bumpers. Second, remove the spare tire. Third, get a friend with small hands. And more than a couple of hours.

Picked up my grill surround from the body shop. And some Heave duty velcro for when My HIDs show up. Now if the mesh would get here I could finish this Satoshi...

installed the ezdown on the gate, had to drill out a bolt and the cable doesnt fold right, gate is now shifted over a 1/8th of an inch. but at least I dont have to listen as people let the gate drop. gotta work on the cable issue.

My local dealer replaced the heater motor under TSB. Now it doesn't make that annoying noise on low speed.
