    Aloha everyone!

Well after 4 days of laying down, crawling, bending, reaching, bitching my audio system is done!

For those of you who don't know me, i have a 2012 Tacoma with Entune, Navi , well all of the options...

I wanted this because I wanted the factory look with all of the voice commands and controls...

After much research I decided to decided to do a full system upgrade!

I will post pictures tomorrow when i get to work, and Later I will take finished pictures.

Here are some pictures, I still have to clean up the wiring in the back some, stopped working on the truck at like 11:30pm..

Not sure why Taco Tunes says to mount the new template behind the factory mount, as you can see from the pic its just fine..

This is everything i have for now. I have to adjust the EQ tonight and put the rest of the truck back together after work...

I will post the Finished onces up when i can, also going to do a Video walk around to explain a few things about the JBL system to High level Summing...

Looking forward to results...Just picked up an Alpine INA-W900BT and I have a Mr Marv box being built atm as well...I'm going with my old subs that were in my Duramax (Crew Cab 2500HD Chev). Two 8" Kicker L5's with a Kicker 750rms digital amp...shook my 3/4 tonne hard...I can't imagine how it will be in the taco lol. I haven't decided on components/amp yet...hopefully this will solidify that decision!

How are you going to install that, there is no dash kit yet ? Also, make sure you test everything as there are cross overs in the doors :/ i found out the hard way...

My System sounds really good, however there is one Major problem, i have no way of controlling the Vol for the voice prompts, I don't know why in the settings its turned down, but its crazy loud for some reason...

If i cant fix this, I will end up replacing the radio with a aftermarket one once metra comes out with a dash kit....

The old dash kits apparently fit to a degree...what I plan on doing is buying the old fit kit and then replacing it with the new one when it comes out for perfect fitment...I will try to adapt the old fit kit in the mean time.

In Canada we cannot get the JBL or Entune setup so I don't have to worry about the crossover portion (as far as I know?)...either way first step is Deck/Sub...then I'll go with the component upgrade afterwards if I'm not satisfied with the sound quality...which I expect I won't be.

I hear ya, let me know your findings with the dash kit when you get it going.. Marv did my box, make sure to ask him to cut the holes for the child seat thingys... I didn't ask so he didn't do mine.

Ya all 3 :/. The one behind the box has to go, i did the amp rack so all of them had to go... I could have cut a hole for one of them, but child seat needs two, so the other one is / was in the middle were the box and amp rack meet, so i couldn't cut that... (the box)

Ya mine is a dual sub...flush amp in the middle like Mr Marvs' sig...so I imagine all 3 of mine will have to go as well...not like I'm having any more little ones anyhow.

Hids worked out well so far...I'm pretty sure I'll need to do an FXR style setup eventually.

Cons of the setup because I had to glue the back housing is it will be extremely difficult to pull apart...and the solenoid on my drivers side seems to work intermittently...so far no issues with the heat from the 55w setup and I drove for 15hours straight all at night. I do want it to be brighter and I do want better quality projectors...I will not be getting these projectors again that's for sure...just because of the damn solenoid...and I dunno how I'm going to get it apart if I want to.
