    Looks like the alternator is leaking and letting the oil become electrically charged. I'd get that checked out.

    Really? IMHO that looks like the oil froth that forms when you drip/pour oil into oil. My Harley's oil has a small amount of bubbles like that when I do an oil change and it doesn't have any water in it. Maybe the picture isn't showing the "water" but it looks normal to me and I've done a couple oil changes.

    Is the 4Runner running bad? If yes; let a mechanic check it out. If no; finish the oil change and drive it.

    Depends on what kind of oil it is, how old it is, and if they put any additives in it.

    Ya the car runs perfectly fine. No issues. I just never had that happen before. Probably just shitty oil when ever she went to the jiffy lube or what ever

    Or it is just air bubbles in the oil from when you drained it. It does that sometimes.

    Trade school can be a joke. Basically, they teach you enough for an entry level position and not really a career builder. Not saying college is better, but trade schools are mostly seen as a skid mark if you try and move up.

    Not discouraging you, just have a career plan ahead of time.
