This is probably a stupid question but how do I aim my retro headlights? My left light is pointing about 12 feet to the gorund in front of the truck and the right is not much better. I have to use my high beams to see. What do I do to fix this and how do I do it? :anonymous:

There's 2 adjustment scews on the back of each headlight. You need to use those to move the headlight up and down, left and right. In the lighting forum I believe there's a sticky on it. I would link it but I'm on my phone.

You may be better off taking them off the truck and aiming them because last night when i was doing mine, I did not make very much headway using a screwdriver to turn the screws. My left was aimed way down like yours and I just eyeballed it once I took it off the truck and got it close enough that I could use the screws.

Yeah, I also thought about this last night but could not find a bit long enough to get to the adjustment screws. If you can do this, I agree this would be better.

Ok yall, this is what I am working with. The truck is 25ft. from the blue wall. What the heck do I need to do now?

Maybe move both beams in a little to line up those two angled lines?

Looks like you need to rotate the driver's side clockwise and the passenger side counter clockwise. I used the horizontal lines inside the reflector bowl as a guide, I aligned the projector housings with those lines as best I could and the cutoffs lined up very well when I tested them.

It almost looks as though your alignment plates are a little off. I had to file mine down a little bit to get my cutoff to be level.

wow... thats close.. for me, the gap between the left and right should be the same distance as your actual headlights.. approx 3-4 feet

on the drivers side from the rear of the housing rotate the projector clockwise until its evenly parallel to the ground and straight across.

on the passenger side the same adjustment counter clockwise just a hair to have it even with the ground.

for the other plains of adjustment their are explanations of how to do it i have always done it by eye i like the color flicker to be perfect so i'm kind of anal about height and such.

this is an easy fix man your almost done :)
