How do you change the needle color? isn't the needle itself orange?

But you remove the orange paint with some nail polish remover and paint them with hobie shop paint in any color you swap the needle LEDs so they match

How about the steering wheel controls...same led's right? Is it difficult to take the buttons off to swap them?

steering wheel controls are the same leds there are 3 on eat side

    05-08 Left side only
    09+ both sides

what you do is disconnect the battery and on each side of the steering wheel theres a cover that you take off and you take off 1 star screw that holds the airbag.

then remove the airbag n take off 1 screw from the controls...other than that you just take the control apart and unsolder the leds and swap

any questions feel free to pm me

If you want a different color needle then you have to remove the paint and paint it the color you want as well changing the LEDs to that same color

In the first pic they look painted...when they're not painted the needle is clear n u can see thru it
