Welcome to TW! That chip doesn't exist and never will, but you could always gut your truck and take a sawzall to remove a lot of metal to make it faster and achive those mpg's your looking for. :D

Welcome, I average around 15-18 sometimes 19. Depending on my driving for the week and how heavy my foot is. I normally try to drive like an old man, so more weeks have been around 18mpg..

You had an 08 for 3 months? Well if that had the v6, than pretty much same engine. If your driving habits where getting you 16 on that truck (barring any major issues on the engine). Then you will probably get the same results.

Welcome  I bought my truck in Feb. last year and averaged like 18.5 until the spring then it went up to 19+ and occasionally hitting just over 20. I thought it was from breaking in but now it has dropped again to the mid 18's so I guess that it's the different fuels from summer to winter.

yeah the fuels makes sense.. CT. gas seems to burn so fast..when I go up to NH or VT to c family I always seem to get better mpg with the gas for up north ..lol.. NH gas seized the motor on my snowmobile last year on the first trip up though..

Nice, ya like I said, I drive like an old man most days to save alittle gas. I use reg 87 octane, and get what I get. I figure I didn't buy a car, so I shouldn't expect car type mpg.
