gearing and 255/85 tires

    any one have problems with auto trany shifting into 5th without regearing with 255/85/16 tires?

    ...315's,2in bora wheel spacers,safari snorkel,wheel spacers,bruteforcefab rear bumper and sliders,afe filter,hi-lift jack,5100 with OME 886 & 1/2in spacer,allpro expo's,icon 10in rear shox,flip kit,ss brake lines,cobra cb,fog light mod,yellow fogs,weathertech mats,fullsize spare tire and extra sport rim,tinted windows,aeroturbine 2525 muffler dumped over axle...rear diff breather mod...removed factory spare...removed 2nd air filter...THULE roof rack and fairing....bud builts front to back,allpoo front bumper,BAMF lca skids,overland Offroad roof and bed racks,
    some guys with auto's have reported weird shifting habits with 33+ inch tires may want to look into 4.56's.....

    thinking about that but until l do just wondering what will happen,or how its going to perform.

    2019 Rubicon 4 Door,
    4.10 gears, sliders, and lots of buttons.
    Actually, 4.10's would get it close to stock with 33's. A little "over geared" actually.

    The guy i bought mine from was having tranny shifting wierdness thats why he ended up selling iirc

    Seeing the third gen section forced me to get a Ford...
    i was running 35s and i'd say the only weirdness was downshifting early while going up a hill. not really weird since the truck is compensating, but other than that, no issues.

    Has anyone tried pulling the battery for 24 hours, to get the opportunity "re-program" the transmission when going to 255/85 (80's if running 17s) or 285/75 for that matter? I'm wondering if this could help with any shifting issues that may come up.

    Or, does the auto constantly adjust its shifting map for as the driver adjsusts their driving style?
