    lol nice! i quit smoking 3 years ago when i met my wife....had a slip up the other night though, old buddy of mine and i went out drinking, gave me a smoke like old times and i didnt even think twice until i got home:eek:

    alright i've been wearing a jock for support right and it was making my waste and down low hurt even worse so i didnt wear it last nite or all day today and felt great so i went to the home builders show today and walked around for like 3 hours then went to wal-mart grocery shoppin and got rapped but that's another story and think i over did it a tad felt like pukin
