Not even enough time to see her through her worst times, her best times, how she reacts to things, emotionally handles things, if she is financially stable, mentally stable, how her views are politically, morally, if she has any diseases, killed anyone etc...you know. I don't know how old you are, but believe me shit like this is going to happen. I'm 31 and I've had my share of so called friends come and go. The girls come and go too. Someone above stated he can count the number of true friends, who I consider family, on one hand. This is true for me as well. Recognize that you are probably better off without either of them in your life. From what it sounds like, if you chase, it won't get you anywhere. Dust it off your shoulders and move on. That's my .02.

Sounds like they've decided to burn some bridges and don't want to deal with you. Get a good education and come up with some plot so that 20+ years from now you are (1) both of their boss or (2) can foreclose on all of their possessions or (3) have real friends and a happy life and not worry about them every again. I would choose 3.

 

Keep your friends close, but your enemies closer. An like someone said before, have a few true friends, the rest are mere acquaintances. Stab him in the back.
