GORHINO DOMINATOR II's on '12 Taco!

Hi.

I posted some pictures a few days back when I got my step-bars installed but didn't have a good picture of them. Here are two pictures that show the step-bars on both sides. I love them. All I have left to do is upgrade to some 18 or 20's and slap a 3" lift kit on.

Also, I was wanting some advice on a bug shield for the front. Should I get one or should I leave it as is?!

P.S. - PLEASE IGNORE HOW DIRTY MY TRUCK IS. (Yes, I know truck's are supposed to be dirty, but I always keep my vehicles clean inside and out). It has been raining for the past few days so I haven't had a chance to wash it.

Does the bar that runs parallel with the truck extend out past the truck enough to protect the truck door from car door dings?

 

I haven't noticed. I'll check it out and let you know when I get a chance. It seems like they would stick out far enough to avoid the door being hit. The only thing you'd have to worry about would be the mirrors.

Shit, you should have seen mine after driving up in minnesota during a snowstorm through sand and salt during xmas.

Ya let me know if you have a chance. I had the black OEM running boards on my 07 and now can't decide what to do with the new '12. The black OEM boards stick way out and function quite well as ding protectors.

I am thinking about these steps, did anyone ever find out if these stick out far enough to avoid door dings? If anyone has these can you take a side pic to see how far they stick out?

 

I want to know the same thing...anyone confirm how far they stick out yet?
