So ive got a chance to get a trd sport hood for 200 bucks.. but its red, and my truck is silver. I was thinking of having it painted cheaply, or vinyled black, along with my roof, I think it might look good with black wheels, does anyone have pictures of a similar set up, ive done some searching but i cant really find anything.

Seen it on here with the black roof and I think carbon fiber hood. Just dunno where. On a white taco I think. Looked pretty sick tho.

I remember something like that, as well.

DO IT!!! I been thinking of doing my roof in black vinyl between the black strips. Just haven't had the time to do it. I thought about painting it but chose vinyl because its easily removable.

The only thing bad about vinyal is that after a few years in the sun, it will fade and start to peel..Keep that in mind.

I think RAD has a black roof / hood on his red taco? Maybe just the roof I can't recall.

Most proper vinyls will last upwards of five years with no fade or cracking covered by a warranty. Just don't go to some ghetto installer or buy the cheap stuff.
