Just got the call a little bit ago, that our land up north has burned down. Everything was destroyed. My little Brother lived on that land, and he lost everything. House, clothes, pictures, etc. His dog is in the hospital being treated for burns. Please send some prayers this way. My brothers name is Jason.

    UPDATE 1/10 1:30 PM

I just got off the phone with my Brother. Him and Michelle are on their way to the hospital to see Fred. He still isnt sure if Fred will make it. When I told him of the support TW is offering, he broke down. He can not believe that people that he has never met, are comming thru like this for him. He wanted me to tell everyone that he cant express how much he is thankfull to the help, and offerings, and support. he is devistated by what happened.

As for womens clothes, Michelle wears a size 9 in pants, a Large shirt, and 8 1/2 shoes. She also needs a purse.
    jason is a 34" waist, 34 inseam, Large/Xlarge shirt.

    UPDATE ON FRED. 3:30 Pm

Fred is still in the hospital. He is on O2, and has an IV. The Dr. says that the next 24 hours are going to be important. He also said that the thickness of his coat protected him from serious burns, however his lungs have alot of damage from smoke.

    HOUSE UPDATE 7:30- PM

Jason and Michelle are at their property. About 10 people are with them, and they are trying to begin the clean up process. Jason is investigating all the damage, and stumbled accross what he called "A miracle". The shelves of the shop are plastic. When they melted, it seems they formed a "coccoon" over most of the tools, and his chainsaws. Being as he cuts wood for a living, this is his only source of income. This is a GREAT news, as many people know how much a good chainsaw can cost! They are trying to get as much done tonight as they can, then pick right up tomarrow!

ANIMAL HOSPITAL POST ON FACE BOOK:

Hi, my name is Fred, I was heroically rescued out of a house fire yesterday by the Show Low and White Mountain Lakes Fires Departments. Even the Paramedics from Arrow Head Ambulance helped by giving me oxygen on scene. I am stable for the time being but am suffering from severe smoke inhalation and hope that I am on the road to recovery. The staff at Alta Sierra Veterinary Hospital are taking good care of me and have offered to help pay for some of my medical costs from their Warm Contribution Fund. My parents unfortunately lost everything they had in the fire, if you could please open your hearts and pray for them and my recovery we would greatly appreciate it. Thank you.

UPDATE ON FRED 1/11 9:15 am:

I just got off teh phone with the Hospital and they said Fred is still on O2. He will show sighns of improvment, but then begin to cough uncontrolably again. The Dr. said the outlook is still uncertain :(

    HOUSE UPDATE 1/11 4:30 pm

First round of donation was received today from My Mom and Dad. Jason and Michelle got some new socks, and other undergarments, then went back to cleanup. Some of the vehicles we had and used for parts are OK, as is 1 M37. Seems when the Fire Department was putting out the fire, shit was blown everywhere, and it looked like that stuff was burned down. Looks to be OK just covered with soot and debris. So far, nothing has been salvagable from the house. My Brother found his file cabinet with all his titels, and other paper work, but most everything inside was burned. CEI Engineering has donated some clothing, and money for some plastic storage containers, and tarps, so things can be covered to protect them from the weather if needed. Jason is trying to get a large dumpster so all the debris can be thrown away, as all the trash recepticals on site are now full. He is very tired, and hasnt eaten much since this happened. I think he and Michelle are going to eat then try and get some rest.

Just got a call from Michelle, and they found a box of old pictures that seem to have survived!

    HOUSE UPDATE 1/13 8:30 am

Cleanup is at a standstill. 8 to 10 people volunteered to the cleanup, and all the dumpsters on site are full. If they cant get emptied today, it wont be until Tuesday. Holiday I guess ?? Anyway, Now, the focus is on getting the Winebago hooked up with power and water by Saturday! Ther eis a storm comming in, and the forcast is saying Snow. SO, Priority 1 is getting the RV hooked up and get them hunkered down incase snow hits.

    UPDATE ON FRED 1/13 12:30pm
I JUST got off the phone with the hospital. Yesterday was a bad day for him, as he was coughing up parts of his lung, and not able to get rest. He is MUCH better today, and they have begun breather treatments, using steroids. Im not a vet, so I have no idea what this menas, but they assured me that its a good step forward. They still dont know if he will survive, as they said with the damag he has endured, things can change :(

    UPDATE 1/15 10:00 am

Just got off the phone with Jason. They have more volunteers comming over today to begin the clean up process! He is thinking it should be all cleared in 2 weeks! I poersonally think thats an awfully ambitious time frame. but we'll see :)

    UPDATE 1/16 9:00 am

They are still working on cleanup. The inverter for the solar power works!

UPDATE ON FRED 1/16 5:45 pm

Fred is at home, and in his new bed! He is happy, but has a bit of recovery still. Our Friend Pamela sent Fred a new bed, and blanket, and he is resting in it right now!

    UPDATE 1/18 11:00 am

Fred is doing much better today, and even jumped into the bed of the Jeep, wanting to go for a ride. So, His spirit is still doing very well! Another package of gift cards and clothing was received last night, and so far, all the clothes that have been sent FIT!

    UPDATE 1/20 7:30 am
Fred went for a ride in the Jeep last night, and loved it! Clean up is still ongoing, but Fred is doing a bit better day by day!

    Update 1/22 5:00 pm
Fred seems to be doing even better! Jenny called me and said that he is "terrorizing" the neoghborhood again! Which means he is out sayin "hi" to the local peeps!! :) He has a Dr. apointment tomarrow, so we should get an official How Hes doing report tomarrow :)

    Update 1/24 4:00 pm
Fred had his first visit to the Dr. yesterday, and got his ear cleaned. THe Dr. says he's doing really good! The coughing is almost all gone!! :) :bucket:

    Update 1/26 7:30 pm
I just got off the phone with my brother. He fucked up his back, and had to go to a Chiropractor, but is much better now. He wanted to send a special Thank You to those who sent notes and letters to him and Michelle, as they have been very uplifting! ALso very thankfull for the gift cards! They got a burn permit, and are actually burning the wood that the fire didnt finish all the way. Its cheaper than having it hauled to a dump, and its their way of "Starting new".
    Good news:
A company stepped forward, and is going to provide them with concreete block to rebuild their house when they are ready AT NO CHARGE!

Also.....A package was received today, with no name, addy, or anything on it. The package was 20 (twenty) clean, plastic 5 gal. BUCKETS! Yes...thats right! I have no idea if it was someone from TW, CEI, or QT. BUT, Fred does NOT need any more buckets! THe sad part is, Fred still isnt up to chasing them :( Im sure when he gets his energy back, he will be in bucket heaven!
AS for Fred, He is still getting better by the day. His ear is still disfigured, and they dont expect it to look "normal" after its healed, but it IS healing! He seems to run around the property fine, and doesnt seem to be having any fear issues from the fire.
    Thanks again you guys!! :)

    UPDATE 2/9 11:00 am

The property is almost all cleaned up. Most of the house has been removed, with the last remaining part being the "living room". Jason got an another trailor home to set up, as they are getting tired too quickly of the RV and want someplace with more space. Jason and a friend that ownes a plumbing company are going thru the plumbing of the trailor, and making sure everything works. Fred is still on the mend, but still hasnt palyed with his buckets much.

The dogs name is Fred. He names his dogs from the phone book...long story.
Fire Dept. said the trigger was the water heater in his house "malfunctioned" starting the fire. Attached to his house was our shop, which had gas, deisel, propane, Oxy/accetl. tanks, etc. In the shop was the M37, 6x6, and my brothers Jeep.
