Let me first start off by thanking everyone in advance if they know how to do this:cool: I got myself a xgt lightforce but i have 1 problem. I have no idea how to wire it. When i say i have no idea i mean i dont see the 2 split wires in the back that you run like you see with hellas etc. I wires all my other hellas which were a piece of cake. I opened up the back cover and all it is is an access to the bulb and a wire that connected further down somewhere. Anyone running these and know how to start?

I noticed the two circular things under the black circle. Maybe one of these?

Wolfpack hit it - those two pins in your photo are where the wiring harness attaches. You don't need to open the back housing to connect anything. Once the harness is connected, it's very clean.
I've got a set of XGT HID35s and some 170s on my 08 - Cannot recall if the harnesses were included or if I had to order them in addition to the lamps, as I bought a pile of stuff from them at the time and it's been too long for my aging brain to recall.

Sweet thanks man! looking at the link wolfpack posted, does that seem like the correct harness or do you have a link to the right one if the one posted is incorrect?

    Without a photo, I can't be 100% certain.
Looking at a local supplier here, they list the part for half of what it shows in that other link so I have my doubts, as retail here in Canada is normally notably more than what you guys are blessed with down there. My price on the part here is 10 bucks and change ( pre tax ). The part # is listed as LF-HID Loom .

The more I think about this, the more I believe that harness should have been included with the lamp(s). Assuming you purchased these new, it's likely worth your time to go back to your retailer and enquire about the missing pieces.

Edit - here's the link to the part I was looking at. HPL are about an hour north of me.

I'll see if I can get a photo of mine - not sure if I can squeeze the camera in tight enough to get what we need though,....but I'll try.

Here's the female end of the harness as it looks unplugged from the back of the lamp :

Laying in line with where it would connect to the rear of the lamp:
