    It has been on the truck for 2-3 months now; filter still very new.

    Might be one of the only intake systems for the Tacoma that are CARB compliant. Need money to fund other mods to the truck so this has to go.

    Mainly Sound, throttle felt a bit lighter, might have been better if I removed the secondary filter inside. Power gains I wouldn't have noticed as I drive like a grandma. My MPG was already bad to the armor on my truck. So didn't notice anything huge there. It's just nice to have a CARB legal intake with reusable filter, but I'm trying to upgrade suspension so anything I can sell I will. lol

    I run this unit... Sound is deeper when you get on it... Feels stronger... No change in mileage... Assuming you don't change your driving style! Get on it more cause it sounds good... Voila... You lose a little mpg.

    I did remove the secondary charcoal filter... No diff at all there... And a total PIA for nothing.
    I would buy another if I had to do it all again.

    Yes, with an aftermarket exhaust it should make it sound a bit deeper, especially with what's mentioned above.
