Hello, it's a survey about the look of tacoma, just want to know if you prefer the access cab or the dble cab (long or short bed). It's just about the look, of course in TRD sport configuration because it's the beauty...
    thanks

I personally like the Access cab the best, thats why I bought it. However, I think both models are slick trucks, and I agree, the scooped hood looks way better.

    They all look cool. :p

Double cabs look cool but I personally got an access cab because I don't need the extra room.

    I love my TRD Sport!

Both r nice models ,but I got the double cab cause I need the room and the the dealer where I bought my taco the access cab was only a 4 banger and I want more power.

I like the Access cab the best (that's what I have). My Mom's boyfriend has the double cab (which is also nice). Parked together in her driveway, we look pretty cool since they are almost exactly the same truck (even color). So I've had a chance to examine them side-by-side, and I just think the access cab looks better. We didn't really need the extra interior space since the kids are young enough not to care, and we have other vehicles that qualify as family trucksters. I also wanted the longer bed space for more carrying capacity--the shorter bed just doesn't hold as much (a "duh," I know), especially longer stuff. 4 trips to the brush drop off is way better than 6 or 7....lol!

I got the access cab and long bed because I needed the extra leg room, and I'm not hauling kids or people much. And wanted to save some coin off the 4 doors and the 2.7L at the pump. The 6 foot bed is great for all my home improvement projects and lumber hauling I do.
No complaints at all so far.

I went for the Access Cab because I didn't need the space! !! I just needed a space behind the seat for some stuff and no kids! ! I know I could have just said "Ditto" but thought that was cheating:)

    Happy Holidays Everyone

I think the double cab looks better. And I'm not just sayin' that cuz I need extra room. I am single without kids. I like the shortbed better. For some reason the longer beds look strange to me.

I only like regular cab trucks but that's just me. so i would have to go with access cab, if anything. Anything more looks too much like a SUV crossover.

Seeing the third gen section forced me to get a Ford...
i needed the DC due to a carseat and all...and i got the short bed, but after loading the bed up a few times and trying to carry things, i should have got the long bed.

I'll go with Janster on this one too.

Access cab, as it's just me, the wife, and the dog and kids are not ever in the plan.

However I like the double cabs as well, but to get a stick required the short bed, and the short bed is not practical for going to the lumber yard and picking up any kind of reasonable length of lumber.

I choose the DC LB, family is always on my plans even when I mentioned before I boughted it that this will be "MY TRUCK", so Double Cab it is, Long bed I do fishing, hunting, outdoors and space is what you need, even you can use it to dream in it (bed) and with a cap you do not need a cabin out there.

    My toughts.
    Regards.

Definitely the access cab. In the first place, i find it strange that someone would choose to buy a truck with a less than standard size bed. In the second place, i think that the double cab short beds look strange (no offense to the owners, of course). Of course I wouldnt mind having a double cab long bed with a lift and bigger tires.

That mod will be my next Santa's ('08) request, an ARB bumper (color coded) and bigger tires with proper lift a set of fog lights in bumper and driving lights at the top in my safari rack.

370+ days to get them all, first God.
