all screws in? all screws nice and tight? check your bulb, is there anything broken on the base (specifically where the prong holds the base of the bulb down) Is it just the vibration from your truck (when you let go the brakes as your car starts to accelerate slowly without gas does it go away?) test different bulb, test different ballast.

it is with the movement of the truck and i guess the vibration of the engine

just to make sure, id double check all other options that you can think of.

My left side (driver) shakes/vibrates a little.. but ive swappped bulbs.. ibe swapped ballast and its still the same.. narrowed it down to the vibrations coming from the engine

when up close to a car or something, i can see it vibrate.. but ehh its just the truck.. as soon as i lift my foot off the brakes and engage onto the gas and accelerate or cruise, its gone :)

if that is in fact what your talking about just a little jiggle or movement of the cutoff while driving my very first set did this.

little bit of jb weld on the rear of the projector where it mates up to the reflector bowl would fix the mini jiggle. just make sure you don't end up accidentally covering either of the mounting screw nut things.

Busted CV boots and lots of squeaks.
What is the best way to modify the rubber boot on the back of the housing to fit the D2S ballast to bulb connector? It is (the connector) much bigger than the factory hole for the factory bulb.

I have a rubber washer between the rear of the projector and the reflector bowl. Is there somewhere else that I could do this at because that is exactly what is happening.

the silicon washer you speak of is like a 1/4 inch thick so it makes the projector mount further forward as well which i don't like either.

i never used the silicon washer thats on the minis it makes them jiggle lol its almost like it was designed to do that:confused:

i remove that silicon washer and just sink the projector into jb weld using this method also lets you mount the projector a little farther back and ensures that nothing short of a sledge hammer will make them jiggle. then screw the nuts on the back not that you would even need them but, for added insurance and your good to go.

you may still be able to use this method even with the silicon washer in place but your going to need to be careful while doing it.
