    I just started p90 last week.
    weighed 186 last time I jumped on the scale. From cutting all soda/coffee/fast food/beer..I am down to 177 lbs and starting to see some abs when I flex them. can't wait to shed some more body fat
    you should totally try out the p90 :thumbsup:
