Given the two options; would you rather garage the truck during the day, to keep it out of the sun (protect from those pesky UVs) or (for those in cold climates) at night, to keep it warm.
Obviously there are other advantages. Just curious though.

For some people it doesnt. I recently got authorization to park in the garage at work though so it got me thinking. As I was sitting there warming up my truck last week, when it was like 9 degrees outside, I wondered what would be better....freezing my ass off for a few minutes and keeping the truck protected from UVs or being comfortable in the early am vs leaving it outside all day.

I still don't get why it's a choice. But I guess the day to protect the outside if I have to choose. My garage isn't that much warmer then the outside air (and it doesn't get that cold down here..)

Right now- My CBR and my wifes car go in the garage. The truck lives outside.

I am fortunate enough to garage my truck at home and work, and when I am off its in the garage if I am not driving it. I am not sure who can actually choose when they garage their truck. Mainly I figure if you have a garage and aren't at work its in it

Since I work nights, it's usually in the garage during the day. But I would rather have it be in the garage at night. Especially with the cold weather.

I'd much rather have it garaged at night, to keep it warm, but even more so to keep it safe from criminals. Unfortunately right now, the truck sits outside 100% of the time, as the Mustang and my roommate's motorycycles are in the garage. That will soon change when they move out.

I know the idea with the UV rays and damage, but I've never had a car ever have any issues with this. Just keep it waxed and you shouldn't have any problem.

I only wish that I had a nice warm garage for her to sleep at night, my wife hates the cold:p....No garage for my truck. It would be very nice though, I would prefer to park it inside. That way I know nobody is going to borrow my radio and I don't have to worry about the windows being left down by the little one's.
