Those arent for sway, they are for axle wrap.

Theres still a panhard bar.

This is how I see it. The short stubby shocks are acting in place of the upper link. If you notice how the link connects to the axle it is a pivot. The upper link would usually combat the axle wrap, but in this case the axle wrap is combatted by the stubby shocks bc the axle wants to pivot on the lower link.

The panhard is there to track the axle side to side, bc the upper links arent there to do this.

In theory it should work, but it looks like that stubby shock is interfering with its lower mount at droop.

 

Mine pretty much fell out too, the new bushings were harder to put back in. Only took about 30 minutes total
