    Whatchu guys think bout a thin gas tank skid over say... a 3/16" one. Like 1/8". The tank will hold the weight of the truck itself, the steel would keep it from being penetrated. Plus it being much much lighter. Was going to do it out of my aluminum plate but I dont have enough... so ill save it for a trans skid. Yes its thin but I dont plan on jumping the truck into rocks, i know how high it is.
