    If you want any info on what we figured out let me know. It took me over 6 months to find reasonably priced flares that most importantly had all the clip spot on the flare. If I find any good ones I'll post them in the KSL thread on TOR. I think I know where a set of fronts are at if you want them.

    Good deal, we found that the plastic welds were to stiff any flex in the flare and it cracks so we used a semi-rigid plastic adhesive and it saves time.

    In other news figured out that TRAC, LSD and VSC are all still working on the truck they work in low as well. When I was test fitting the t-case it tipped over and cracked pigtail on the 4 low sensor so it is disconnected and that is why TRAC etc. works in low. I was not able to get it to engage in compound low.

    Funny part is it's working without the sensor being hooked up, If I put the new sensor in I will have an indicator light for LOW but it will disengage all the traction controls. I was thinking about wiring in a switch with the new sensor so I can disable it when I want traction control. I'm over the fender flares I have a set on the truck and thats good enough for me.

    I have around 10k into mine if you include tires, that's without including the cost of things I've replaced with better stuff. That's also over the span of 5 years.

    I'd guess ~ 15-16k for N0rth

    Thanks, I've kept a rough total going and yep...

    Not quite there yet, doing alot of the work myself and running across some great people to deal with has helped. Amazingly enough this truck has been really good about not just eating/breaking parts so quite a few parts from the truck have come and gone to other trucks. I have been starting to price axles for an SAS and it gets a little scary with some of the ideas and wanting to do something strong, a little different and that I can continue to build in the future. So yeah it will continue to be expensive....

    It was the first time I was able to compare to another 2nd gen. I was really surprised on the bodies being so close in height but the difference in ground clearance had me really stoked.

    Yeah definitely shows fitting the 36's on there was worth it :thumbsup:

    Went to the dealer the other day and it really looked like my truck was only an 1-2" taller then a stock taco.

    I should have grabbed a pic next to a stock one for comparison, I was at the Toyota dealer when I took that pic and didn't even think about.

    So I found a new area to wheel yesterday it may be my new favorite spot. I forgot the camera so no pics but will be going back out to explore some more in the next couple of days.
