It was actually super easy!! now that I know the ways, dont have to do even half of what that guy took apart, I could pull it apart in 15 minutes if any other 1st gens want it welded as well.

One thing if you fully box the frame you end up losing the rear tire carrier. You could box most of the inside and then do the side plates and you would be fine. Are you gonna buy a frame box kit or going to cut them out of some plate? If I am cutting them there is no way I can do it and install all in one day lol

I plan on rear bumper tire holder, then custom tank between rails. How would you cut that thick of steel, do you have a template? I carpool to work so don't really always need a vehicle. Just be nice. Id be willing to help with other.

If your cool you use a torch or plasma or something. Us poor guys just use a grinder. You would only want 3/16 maximum and that cuts easy with a grinder. You just use cardboard for a template

Well I was just looking at Trail Gear box kit and notice they only box from the fuel tank cross brace to the rear. The section between the front leaf spring hanger and the fuel tank hanger is still not boxed. TG charges $159 for the box kit and $85 for the outer reinforcements. I think I could make the box kit and the outer reinforcements for around $100

    Quick question:

Anyone know of a place to get a small atv tire changed/fixed in central/north phoenix?

I don't have a bead bar/spoon and it would be cheaper at this moment to have someone else do it. The Discount Tire by my house said that it is too small for them to do, new policy or something.
