Looks great, the new front end is growing on me as well. You are going to love the DWreck sliders, real easy to install without any drilling involved. Did have to slightly relocate the brake lines running along the backside of the drivers side frame rail to prevent any possible chafing on the slider bolts.

I completely missed that you are running the dakars. The stock leafs are prone to squeaking, that's what I was referring to

There has been a modification to the dakars in the last couple of years, The mod flattens out the bottom the leaf curve to increase the life of the spring. Im not sure what year they first started doing this.

This was not a modification to fit the 2012, only to increase the usable life of the component.

Persistence. I ordered these 5 separate times and each time the dealer (or website) took my money and came back a couple of days later with "toyota will not release these wheels to you."

I even submitted a vin for a TT edition FJ along with my order. The last time i think i just got lucky, the dealer seemed to be in a real rush and they sent me the wheel.

FYI, it is easier to order one wheel rather than 4 or 5. If you order 4 toyota makes you submit proof of your loss via an insurance claim form or a police report. Good luck.

Thanks for the reply. I bought a set a few months ago and now since my truck was hit for the second time in less than four months I have decided to consider looking at the possibility of trading in the 2011 for a 2012.

Good to know the components will work.

Zero problems so far. I hadn't even thought of it until I read your post. I did not do the calibration yet, but if it ain't broke don't fix it.
