Thinking about putting a set on my 99, but I understand the 01-04 flares are actually drilled into the fender to secure them - instead of screwing on from inside the wheel well. I'd prefer not to drill holes into my fenders, and I'm pretty particular to the stock Taco flares of the 01-04's, not interested in bushwacker.

Anyone tried installing these without drilling?

ive pulled mine off before and they would have to be drilled into the denders or they would flop around.
