Am i any better off if i switch out the rugged trails that came on my taco with BFG AT's? Or will it not be worth the money. I dont offroad too much, but I do live in New England which usually means snow and ice (not this year though...) I also have summer tires so efficiency isn't a big deal

    Thanks
    Wes

Yes. In the interest of simplicity, I will refrain from recommending other tires and just say that it would be well worth it as the rugged trails are junk.

Similar tire to the BFG. Both are good quality and a big step up from the Rugged Fails.

If you have money burning a hole in your pocket, then go for it! The quality of your current BFGs is fine for your proposed use.
