Yeah, that's a horrible, that will kill your liver and kidneys!

That's over 2500mg of acetaminophen (1000mg is the OTC max), Advil is already ibuprofen so you are taking 6 (that's 1200mg, the prescription max is 800mg), and then dropping codeine into the mix is really hard for your body to process. Not to mention you aren't suppose to take an NSAID within two hours of taking acetaminophen.

Do what you want, but I HIGHLY discourage that dosage/practice.

Installed some Piaa 525 dual beams, and very dissatisfied with the performance. My Toyota high beams out shine them by quite a bit. For the price I paid, definitely expected more.

I do realize that i have loss of light because of the grill interfering, but it should only account for 30% or so with the area covered

Just had to post that crap didn't you... :D

Put the new tires on the truck; ended up going with 245/75R-16/E1 Cooper Discoverer H/T. They are about an inch more narrow and a half inch taller than my old tires. I'm going to look up the weight difference later.

So far they are extremely quiet, ride really smooth, and dropped my cruising RPM at 70 MPH about 100-200 RPMs. I'll see this weekend what the MPGs are like on the highway. Before I was getting 19-20 pretty easy. During the week I would average 18.5 for mixed driving.

Luis - perfect person to ask; any heads up info I should know about I-20 to GA? I'm making that run at the end of the month. It has been about three years since I last drove out that way.

Being that I've driven this route many times, I can offer some advice, take the i believe 459 loop around birmingham, and depending on where you are going in ATL, take the 285 loop around ATL rather than 75 through downtown.

I'm going to take I-20 to 80 right past Meridian, MS to go across to Macon, GA. We'll get the lathe loaded and then head north to Atlanta where I'll meet with YoungBlood for the bumper; then take I-20 all the way back. I'm going to try to see if there are any parts of that route under construction. If I-20 is clear the whole way I'll probably just stick to that since most of the drive will be at night or after work hours.

Overall I think we'll make good time because we'll be leaving from the east side of Dallas around 9pm. That should put us into Macon around noon to get the lathe and then back at the house some time a little after midnight.

Robert, that tip about Loop 459 looks like a good deal. I'll make a note about it.

Ok... Here we go.. This is how I would run this.

You might want to use Meridian as a potty gas break. Plenty of places to gas up and eat. From there get hwy80 in Alabama exit 1 or exit 169 in ms. Next town you hit is Selma keep your eyes open and try to follow the truck route so you won't have to go thru their little downtown. Hwy 80 will run right into I 65 north. Get on i65 north to i85 east.I don't recommend going thru Montgomery via 80, use the interstate. From there it's up to you where you want to pick up 80 again. I would go to exit 62 hwy 280/431 in Opelica(theres a truck stop there with a churches chicken and a modern McDonalds on the left hand side of the hwy)run that towards Columbus and turn left to get on hwy 80 which is a freeway. Or just get 80 in exit 22. There's a truck stop there also that you can fuel up again. No food....ok so now your in Columbus your on 80 KEEP YOUR EYES OPEN ALL THE WAY TO MACON. THERE'S A FEW TURNS THAT COME UP ON YOU THAT YOU WON'T EXPECT! ( off the top of my head once you leave Columbus about 20 miles up the road you'll hang a left...don't wait for a traffic light because there isn't one. From there run about 10 miles into a small town pass their towns square hang a right at the yellow caution light from there the road gets small for a good 25 miles. You dead end and hang a left now your on a freeway don't pick up to much speed because your gonna make a quick right about a mile down...from there it's a clear shot to Macon)

Now for your trip back. When in Atlanta watch your speed! And there is construction in Alabama around mile marker 156 on I20. They are widening the road so a lot of construction thru the mountains. And yes Robert is right. Take the Birmingham bypass unless late at night and want to see the downtown area.

Another good idea to do is make a map and understand every turn you will be making. Then go turn by turn on google satellite maps. That's what I do on every trip I take when I'm in areas I have never gone thru.

I hope this helps. And please forgive me for my poor grammar. I'm sleepy.
