I'll tell ya right now, the cash wont make it to them. I appriciate the thoughts, but your better off keeping it. As for the cards, they have no internet, so you might be better off sending those to the folks who posted their thoughts and prayer in this thread.

PM'd you Babytruck, standing by for address. Also, thanks for taking care of the logistics on this, it's one less thing they have to worry about.

He has had cash stolen from the mail before. In fact, My Mom sent him some cahs a couple years ago for his B-day, in a card, and the card made it, but the cash didnt. I dont trust too many people up there. I think the gift cards are the safest.

Gonna send what I can in the morning. Are visa gift cards any better than walmart cards or all about the same at this point? Also, I have every intention of winning the powerball millions on saturday night so when that happens ill hook a tacoma brother's brother up. I figure I played wednesday and didnt get a single number so im pretty sure ill win this time... thats how the lotto works right?

Either one is fine. About the only place they can get stuff is wallmart. So either one you send will get spent there.

    Thank you!

Hey everyone just jumping in to agree with Chris about the cash making it there.
It is a very rural area and a lot of the folks have been hit hard by the economy failure.
We had a lot in this community for a lot of years and have a pretty good feel for the area. My parents bought it in the 60s and gave it to us in about 1990 or so.
Not saying the P.O. will steal it but in the rural delivery it is a bit sketchy.
If you must send cash get ahold of Chris and send it to him and he can deliver it or apply it to what they need.
Thanks again for all you TW folks have done.

Thanks Steve! I would prefer that if someone has to send cash, they keep it, as if it gets lost, it doesnt do anyone any good. Just keep the thoughts and prayers comming in!
