will a 3' lift kit help stop rubbing issues?

    just installed the 3" lift and it cleared without rubbing:D so i guess 285s do not rub;)

    Glad it's working out for you. The point of TW isn't to tell other people what to do - it's to give you the best information we can so you can make your own informed decision.

    In that vein, if you start off-roading and "airing down" your tires, you probably won't be able to air down as far without breaking a bead.
