probably not, but I will have sliders. Im currently trying to figure out where to get the steel tube from. I might just use our flat bed trailer to bring it down here since the baja shop has a tube bender.

 

Oh nice, if you do end up doing that let me know. I may be interested in buying some of that tube and making a set for myself also.

Are you still on Baja full time even during break?

 

well we have our final design meeting on sunday then it will get crazy. we got kinda behind so now we have to make up for it.

Ya I don't know if anyone has one on here. I asked about 30 pages ago and no one piped up. I think i might just get one next week. Ill let you use it after I tune mine. Granted I gotta build a bumper 1st.

So I got pulled over on the way to work this morning. In all honesty I enjoyed it.

 

Some 'splainage or expalainorosity is in order, I believe.

 

Coming down Unser I made a couple lane changes to get around the slow pokes. Kinda keeping pace with a LEO but being a dick about it. Get ahead of the LEO and SUDDENLY LIGHTS! I'm all "Crap this will be great." Between the $ of a ticket and that I have a CDL through work I was not happy. Also, the spotlight on a cruiser is holy fuck bright. So I play it cool, engine and radio off, window down, hands on the wheel. I'm not looking at the deputy approaching because of the spotlight, and I hear "Sir, do you know why I pulled you over?" In one of the most pleasant female voices I've ever heard. Somewhat taken aback I turn and see one of the hottest female LEOs ever. Like TV cop hot. She said "I watched you change lanes five times without signaling, and I kept hoping you would but you didn't. So I pulled you. Do you drive for a living?" I said no, just need the hazmat endorsement for work. "OK, don't be late for work, but drive safely to get there. Have a great day." Returns my license on away I went. Thing is, even if she was fugly or a guy, I will remember to signal because of the plesant and courteous exchange.
