To Rake or Not To Rake??

I had the truck lifted 3" for a while but the dreaded diff vibe lead me to take off the AAL and and lower the front 5100's w/ Eibachs back down to zero. So it's just Eibachs now with no TSB and I'm thinking the rear looks a little low. It measures just about even but it's a little deceiving to the naked eye. So my options are TSB the rear even though I don't really need it, one inch block w/ 1 degree taper to maintain the ride or leave it alone?? Here's a pic

 

get the TSB springs, you will want them at some point anyway

Yeah, you gotta get that fixed. I'd say your a perfect candidate for the TSB

Can you hook it up with a pic on level ground? On this it looks like u need it but i can also tell the lot is slanted too. The truck looks nice though.

I say TSB and take your 5100's up one notch to give it a little more height cause I think the back will sit to high with just the TSB.

 

Well I do have Eibachs (Toytec) springs up front. I don't plan to raise it again due to my luck with the diff vibe/growl. The lower the front end is the less I hear and feel it. It's going in to the dealer on Tuesday for a second look at the front diff and I'll have them look into the TSB for me. You don't think it'll sit that high in the rear with TSB and Eibachs do you?

 

No I guess not. I think I heard people say after the TSB settles they get about 1/2 to 3/4 of a inch of raise in the rear so your butt might be sticking up a tad but nothing horrible.

 

That's the reason why I don't mess with the suspension on my rides anymore. There ends up being a chain reaction of required mods and problems

Get the TSB and don't monkey with blocks.

I say get the TSB. You are going to have hell of a take-off angle when you put some weight in the back.
