    I didn't know what that was so I had to look it up. You need two pictures of the same area for a High Dynamic Range Image. It's used to bring out detail in a picture by using different captures of the photo. I found this how-to http://www.photoshopsupport.com/photoshop-cs3/hdr-high-dynamic-range/index.html

    For example, in these, the picture on the left has good ground detail but a washed out sky whereas the picture on the right has a nice blue sky but dark ground features lacking in detail.

    The picture below is a combination of the two which yields the desired result.

    I want it to look like that picture above but i dont have two different pics so can some one make those picture that i have above look like a cartoon effect or something like that
