lol i was 200 pounds and like 8% bf like a year ago. since i bought the taco i slipped hard man lol. building this truck has dominated my free time i haven't really been going at least not like i used to anyways.

i have been hitting things kinda hard lately though and wanted to change up some things in my diet and supplements. i think if i go at it smart i can get it all back in shape for the warm weather. this will teach me to take time off again

Well it would appear I'm back on the wagon. Haven't worked out for almost a year. Damn I lose weight quick.

For dinner I have chicken breast wraps, and a protein/fruit/vegetable smoothie. Feels good to eat healthy.

funny its this way cause fats are the most calorically dense. meaning k calorie per unit of body heat needed to break it down.
what are fats 9 carbs 4 and protien 4.

its a big glass of oj first thing in the morning, then i eat the shit out of quinoa in the morning for breakfast with pasturized egg whites mixed with a myoplex shake. lol when i'm done i feel like i can lift up my truck lol.

juicing is also excellent my wife makes juice using cucumber, broccoli, apples a lot of ginger root, spinach and kale. throw it all in the juicer and shoot it down actually doesn't taste bad at all little sweet from the apple. but, for about 5 minutes it feels like you drank an espresso a huge shot of energy and you get a ton of vitamins and trace minerals from some of the best vegies out there that almost everyone doesn't get enough of.

i drink oj in the morning to, it wakes me up. I dont take creatine anymore but this is a question that might help those that do. i heard citrus and creatine dont go well together and that citrus causes to creatine to quickly degrade or be in effective, is that true?

i have heard this as well and it is true. the acid found in most citrus juices can transform creatine monohydrate into createinine which is what your body really can't use.

if your taking creatine monohydrate i take mine with like 4 oz of grape juice a tiny bit of sugar helps trans port it. triggers an insulin response to transport the creatine to your muscles.

correct me if i'm wrong, i have thought this way myself for years now lol. to much sugar is just junk though 4 oz of welches grape juice is contains about 15 grams of sugar.

sean had mentioned awhile back about some other form of creatine i'm curious about changing up myself if its more effective i'm all over it.

i was taking 1250mg of creatine hydro-chloride with no real gains/losses to it, so i quit taking it

plus its cold and flu season. i got sick this week and lost about 8 lbs, i do not want to get sick again...but surprisingly idk bout my other lifts, but my bench wasnt affected

also sugar is what powers the body, in the form of glucose...but too much sugar, especially simple sugars is bad for you and just causes a rush of energy and a crash

thats why in diabetic emergencies you administer glucose, then have the patient eat something such as a peanut butter sandwich

thats what happens to excess sugars, thats why people eating over maintnance usually get a lil tubby

everything in moderation is the key
