So I had the pleasure of talking to marv tonight. He basically told me it would be in my best interest to part with my beloved subs which I have had for a while and never let me down(2 10" mtx thunder 7000) which are now for sale. :( So he mentioned the arc audio. Does anyone else have have any good ideas? Just want to hear everyones input.

K&N airfilter, HID conversion for headlights/fogs. Wet Okole Seat covers, Kove Aphex processor Kenwood comp 6.5" and 6.5"coaxial 5100 billy shocks 2.5", 1.5" fabtech AAL,Epicenter and MTX Sub, debadged, tinted, kenwood dnx812, black mesh grill, led ext/int.
MTX are the shits. I have the 9512 in a custom enclosure too. Now its just sitting in my room. I'll probably setup a system in my room for the hell of it.

I've heard of arc audio a while ago but try checking Digital Design subs. These are bad ass SPL crazy.

Well I was going to go with the arc audio like marv said but I decided to go a lil different direction since I am going to try and make this box myself. I purchased a boston acoustic 10" sub g110-44. This will be the first time I only install one sub in an auto but since I am in the truck now hopefully this will do.

i'm a big fan of JL audio, i've had two sets of two 12's from JL, no problems with them, the ones i have now i have had since 2004 paired with a JL amp, everything still works like new..

If you can build an enclosure for a Boston sub you can build one for an ARC sub. ;)

But it's all personal preference for sure.

Toytec ultimate lift kit, light racing UCAs, ARB bumper and full skid plates underneath. Looking into redoing the suspension and maybe repainting the ol' Taco.
The Arc subs are good. I am a big fan of Image Dynamics, the IDQs I don't think can be beat dollar for dollar and watt for watt (not to my ears at least). The JL's are also pretty damn nice as well, and would probably be my number 2 pick.

Also, I think that I am going to be installing everything this weekend. I dont know if I am going to be able to get box finished and installed but I have infinity 6.5 all around that I am going to install. Do you think that these will sound decent enough with out the amp? Components in front and 2way coax in rear. I guess for now I will just power them with the 5120 till the box is finished. Does any one else also have a rough set of blue prints for a bracket for up front? Do you need them in the rear?

I'm still having trouble attaching the blueprints for the enclosure but I'll figure it out soon! For the speaker adapters you can just trace your originals and cut them out with a jig saw. :)

ive always been a big fan of diamond audio.... but they can be big and bulky and they are power hungry... ive never heard any of them in a truck but they sound so great in a ported enclosure in a car.... best bang for the buck i have ever found... and now they are getting harder to find... but i would love to try out their shallow mount hex series... but they are way too expensive for me

Sundown Audio 100.4 and 1500D, Pioneer 880PRS, Zapco Refernece 6.5" comps, 2 10" Image Dynamics IDQ, 200ft of Second Skin deadener, Kicker wire
Best bang for the buck are the Sundown SD1v2 subs if you can find them (I have 3 left :)) or the Image Dynamics IDQ 10's for the Tacos.

Except the Comp VX which is a L7 in a round design. I like Orions HCCA.

the 08 cvr's are not too bad in a vented enclosure... the 08 model is the best ive seen yet... but do doubt id rather have a set of diamonds or just about anything else over kicker products... but i love kicker hyperflex power wire... is is so wonderful to work with...
