    i haven't. i build them to bolt into the pre-threaded holes in the roof that the factory roof rack uses. do access cabs have those holes?

    I hear ya, I puchased the 3 " Ulimate Lift kit with Chaos UCA's (installed myself) and the bigger tires and I felt it was a good move. Really did not effect the gas milaege and it looks somewhat better than stock.

    then you'd have to go with a clamp style (yakima, thule, etc), or a bed mounted rack that overhangs the roof.

    here's one i made for another member on here (unpainted at this point of course) that mounts atop a thule rack. it could be made shorter for an access cab.
