7th day in a row back at the gym today. It's been a 1.5 years! I'm just starting to feel good after my workout which is a plus!! I do cardio for 20 min then lots of light weights. I try to keep my heart rate around 140 for an hour. Looking for weight loss and not so much bulking up. I'll leave the Arnold look for you young bucks!

I'd suggest doing cardio post weights if u cant separate the cardio and weight sessions. The point of doing cardio post weights is to target the fatty acids as your glycogen levels should already be depleted from lifting.
In addition to this, you'd want to spend the extra strength you have lifting as the more you lift, the more u burn, ya feel me?

Honestly I just take the normal pancake mix and add the normal ingredients and mix in 2 scoops of whey protein any flavor really..... I usually use vanilla... Only down side to this method is you get the extra carbs from the traditional pancakes but if you are trying to bulk it should be okay

yeah I know alot of guys and girls who have rarely even seen the gym that say you know what.... I wanna to a tough mudder today lol... Isnt my cup of tea but I respect the hard work and dedication it takes to be competitive in one. I have ran too much in college sports... I prefer not to run unless im being chased

10-12 miles obstacle course does not look like a day of just playing in the mud it looks like a whole body workout/challenge to me. but i just found out about these events so and it looked like a good goal for this summer. my other goal this summer is a triathlon
