    good point, so you're saying stock inverted shackle will allow the same droop with the same leaf pack?

    tell aaron he can suck it. lol

    you'll def have a much easier time finding used bumps over the jounce shocks. the nice thing about the LR jounce shocks is zero fab needed to install, but it's not like bumps are hard to do

    you dont have to do ANY cutting or welding to install front and rear jounces?

    Ok you two lost me now....


    Another question... Would it be stupid hard to install FRONT shock hoops so I can run a bigger shock? If it can be done reasonably, how much more shock do you think I could stuff?

    u have to cut the stock mounts off for the rear and bolt the new ones in place

    there is a pdf on there website of how to install the front's and rear

    do a shock hoop like bluetaco80 u could get a nice shock

    i may have spoke too soon... for 1st gens there's no fab needed, not sure for the 05+ trucks...

    really no need for a larger shock on OE arms. would be more trouble than it's worth

    I think for the price of bumps new or used all pro 3 inch springs and a shackle flip you could just buy the stage 1 defined kit and be better off. Just my .02

    yeah... if it would have to be like bluetaco80 then thats a lot of work..

    Yup and then later on get a small hoop like fixedtrds shock hoop built. On a side note those ato flip kits look kinda week. I wonder if theres any side to side movement after they Are installed

    no spring under

    my thinking is, after watching 2nd gen trucks go thru the shit i go through, their biggest problem is bucking really hard. I think nice bump stops will take care of that.

    So your standard 3", spring over leaf pack with longer shocks mounted to a hoop, with 2.5x4" King Air bumps will kick ass
