They are the stock steelies. 16" x 7". 6 Lug. I believe they are a 5.5" backspacing. I still have the standard steel wheel with the factory Dunlop tucked up under the bed. Gonna hang on to that in case I ever run into a flat.

Yea man. I am down in LBI almost every weekend in the summer so, a beach meet would be good. Where is there a good spot to take the trucks on the beach? On the off season you can go on the LBI beach but heard its not that great.

Island Beach State Park is the only place I know of, but I believe they only sell season passes.

I'm pretty sure the pass is sold as a "daily" pass, but its good for like 72 hours. 50.00 iirc and I think they limit the amount available. I'd totally be down for a beach meet.

Phenomenal. I had a great time and as usual it was beautiful besides the part where I was drinking at the bar in Newport Sat night surrounded by Pats fans.

I'm going to look the factory specs up for them tomorrow so don't sell them just yet....:)

Does the spare match the set? What are you running now? If the spare matches the set would you let it go if I got you another 16" with comparable brand new tire?

You also need to have fishing gear with you. They're sticklers about not having joyriders out there.

Fishing gear for everybody in the vehicle
    Jack
2'x2' board as a base for the jack
    Recovery straps
    First aid kit
    Fire extinguisher
At least half a tank of fuel
    Tire pressure gauge
    I'm sure I'm missing stuff...

They more closely check the 3-day pass guys than the annual folks.

Make sure you air down before hitting the sand. :)

Hey guys, I run my tacoma on the beach all the time on lbi ,spring and fall surf fishing. The rules are mostly the same as IBSP as far as speed limits and areas to ride but lbi only requries you to buy a 50$ a year permit with no inspection at all. The only down side is its closed may 15 to sept 1. The south end of lbi is aprox 3 miles long with no houses or roads, it is us fish and wildlife land and you can only be on the beach ( no dunes). depending on what the tide dose it can be fun to wheel.

This would be ideal for me. Cheaper too.

Seems like any of these beach's with the taco would be more of a day to meet and greet than would be a day of wheeling like a bunch boobs we like to be. :D no nonsence tolerated I hear. Makes sence.
