    Nothing wrong with simple. I would rather have simple than fancy. I was in a restaurant a while ago where I could not figure out what was flowers for garnish and what was actual food cut in the shape of flowers but supposed to be eaten. The meat was cut in medalions about the size of a quarter, and only 5 of them. I had to stop at Burger King on the way home to get something to eat.

    I thought that is was some kind of foreign meat product, and it did look like seaweed. Nice!!!!

    Its an Asian thing. Same stuff they use for sushi. Dont knock it till you try it.;)

    You can usually find them in Asian markets. You can eat it in many ways. The kind I had they come cooked over an open flame seasoned with sea salt. I just wrap them with white rice and eat them like that.

    Is the seaweed good for you? I have had tons of sushi so... I have had it that way. Actually one of the guys at work just brought some homemade sushi, it was good. We have enough asian markets around here.
