that is exactly the route I want to take Jen's truck, except a shock hoop that doesnt protrude the bed, and we will run bump stops. Everything else will be the same though, thanks!

Solo wants to gauge interest on a 20.5" 4wd long travel system, (2005+) with hubs and fabricated 4wd spindles, let them know if you want one-

I saw that, but they are looking for buyers now to decide weather to shelve it or put it in production. I would like to see it go into production, just spreading the word.

When I was on the phone with them, they said they already had a few "older" customers committed to the kit. I dont see why they cant have the jigs and parts ready for whoever wants it down the road.

Smart marketing and inventory management will take care of most of the guess work for manufacturing.

If they race-prove the kit, which I am sure they will, and post up videos of it in action, people will flock to them.

I would like to see how it works when done. I installed a Colorado kit from solo, and it fit like shit. Had a shit ton of camber change.

Yup. Mikes Colorado is nice. They just have a good monopoly because no one else really makes a kit for a Colorado

how much wider per side? i dont see the steering rack giving up those kind of travel numbers unless the arms are super long. did they say if the upper lca mounts are being reused or not ? looks stout but im still unsure. 20.5" is cool and all but think about the money that needs to be spent on the rear of the truck to even use the front to its full potential.its awesome someone is doing something different but its hard to speculate on a kit where the tires havent even hit the ground yet.
and they have to have some kind of rough target price , yes? are we talking like 5k with hubs / axles?

The post from TTORA says 20.5" metal to metal but strapped at 19". It is 5" wider per side. But I agree its hard to get orders from a picture that doesnt even have an upper arm attached

Burg has a race kit for the 05+ Tacoma. Not on their site but you can call Jeff and ask him about it. Iirc pulls about 20" as well!
