    thanks man! yeah....its a good time to buy......but at the same time, we gotta sell this damned condo too. and i want a lil piece of land with a decent house and a garage......kinda hard to find in our price range. i really hate that we didnt get that ten acres and big house we looked at a couple of months ago!

    yeah dude....the ten acres was sweet!!! one neighbor.......and he was 2 acres away..............2 pastures.....hunting land out back......big deer too, a barn, shop and 3 car garage!!! and we missed it. a lady came in with a cash offer and took it. hopefully...we'll find something soon.

    I'm upset with my neighbor... punk... Actually he's not a bad guy, but, right now I'd like to smack him.

    A puppy wandered into his yard on New Years and he's been feeding her since. BUT he never took her to get any shots. She wasn't acting normal friday or saturday. The roommate brought her inside and she just laid there. His room mate said he thinks she had parvo and then she died yesterday. She was so sweet and I never took any pictures of her. She was a big ball of fluff - think she had newfie in her and she had huge paws. He said he was trying to find her a home... If he'd taken her to the ASPCA she'd have gotten her shots....and maybe she'd still be alive.

    I named her Goblin since I figure she was born around halloween.:rant::rant::annoyed::annoyed:

    Ok, rant done.

    Dude, that sucks.

    My former neighbor had a beautiful boxer and a really nice pitbull mix. Left them tied to the tree behind the house year round. Broke my heart. SPCA couldn't do anything because they had shelter and food. He was just an ignorant guy from Mexico, they treat animals much differntly than we do.
