Good ole Long Beach Peninsula, used to drive that beach a lot and pulled a few people out as well. Lived there for 4 years. Seen several rigs get stuck at low tide by Beards Hallow and then destroyed on the flood. This is the north end of the peninsula around Ocean Park.

Unfortunately there's no evidence but we winched him a ways back then unhooked the trailer before it jack knifed and reset the winch line and pulled him back the rest of the way no problem. Even pulled his alignment back in to boot.

we were just out wheeling. i built the trailer to haul all my geat off road. haven't been anywhere the trailer can't handle yet.

last time i wheeled that spot was about 8 months ago, and that big hole wasn't there that last time.

you come up a hill right where the trailer is sitting in the first picture. you have to make a blind turn as you reach the top, to set up for going back down. it's steep enough that the down-hill and hole look the same, and since i had the trailer, i took the turn a little wider, lining me up nicely with a that little surprise.
