2012 Tacoma price question

I'm actually sitting at the dealership about to purchase my first car and was wondering what you guys think of the deal I got. I used truecar.com and went with the nearest dealership that said the truck was $400 under invoice. I got a:

2012 Toyota Tacoma 4x2, 4.0L v-6, white
TRD sport package, Daytime running lights, V6 tow package, and carpet floor mats

Retail $29,230.00
Dealer: $27,585.40
Truecar price: $27,185.00

I also get a $1,000 off since I am a recent college graduate so final price
$26,185. Financing with ~ $7,000 down for 60 months at 3.25%

What do you guys think? Oh yea I live in California if that helps too. Hopefully I will be driving home in a new Tacoma tonight!

 

thats a great deal. I am in the car business and have ysed true car for a few of my friends who wanted new cars that I dont sell. those prices they give are real and are awesome. good luck, hope you bought it.

Thats a good price (assuming you are talking double cab). I paid $400 more for the exact same truck but got the Shareathon money last month on it.

 

that's pretty close to what i paid... should be a good deal!

 

i got about the same deal in IL only mine was $400 more the dealers way, oh well.

 

Did you get your money already?! They said they were sending mine out but it would take 4-6 weeks... Havent seen boo yet. That was during the sharathon week.

 

Nope sure haven't. I'm not expecting it for a few more weeks anyways. Think mine was turned in just after Xmas. I did get the email saying it was processed and sending out just like you though.

Just got mine in the mail today!!! $1000 card from Toyota with my name on it! WooHoooo! And I didnt even buy it at the right time - I purchased on the 11th of december instead of the 12th hehehe

 

i got my $1,000 bucks from toyota today also from the shareathon deal. time to spend it on some mods

 

Mine came in yesterday as well, great bonus I wasn't expecting as I found out about it after I did the deal!!

 

Mine is going towards a bike with all the fix'ins, dinner with the GF, and possibly another monitor for my PC. Anything left will go towards principal on the truck loan!

 

^Must be some expensive dinner with the GF for it to be lumped in with all the other expenses.

 

She tricked me. Made me promise the day I heard about sharathon that i'd take her someplace fancy if I got the dough. I didnt think I'd actually get it
