Use the crutch to clutch it or just power shift.

I have been truck shifting but the initial start is the hard part. Right foot + clutch and no gas up a small incline... not as easy as i thought.

Whatever you do, do the therapy. don't skmip, it will just make recovery take alot longer. Good luck.

Been there and had a truck I missed too; a loaded 2000 nissan frontier crew cab. That first drive back was great. Time will pass faster than you think as long as you focus on knowing you will heal.

FWIW- Blew my ACL, both meniscus, and partial LCL. Now, 10+ years post-op, knee is great.

Get a good surgeon, follow instructions, do PT, manage swelling post op (absolutely do this), be patient.

    Take care.

ha nothing wrong with that just got to watch out for pay day when the peach farmers come to the grocery store I swear they TRY to knock you off your scooter.lol I was out with a dislocated hip but it's not nearly as bad as that. Good luck and like they said don't skimp on the PT it'll only lengthen you recovery time even when it gets to feeling normal again.
Oh and these little things are great for picking up chicks, just tell them you have a broken heart and need someone to help nurse you back to health. Try it, it worked for me.
